Solutions

Industry solutions built from real constraints, not a template with the name swapped.

Healthcare, real estate, construction, finance, education, e-commerce, startups and enterprise each carry different compliance pressure, buying behavior and legacy systems. These eight solutions start from those differences, then apply the service that actually fits.

Eight Industries

Solutions, By Industry

Each page below covers challenges, opportunities, recommended technology and our approach specific to that industry.

Healthcare

The challenge

Patient acquisition competes with a compliance and trust bar most industries don't face — every page, form and message has to hold up to HIPAA-aware scrutiny.

The opportunity

Patient portals, intake automation and AI-assisted triage or scheduling remove friction without compromising the trust the relationship depends on.

Real Estate

The challenge

Listings, leads and transactions move across MLS feeds, CRMs and a dozen point tools that rarely talk to each other.

The opportunity

A unified listing platform with automated lead routing and AI-assisted matching turns a fragmented pipeline into one system brokers and buyers both trust.

Construction

The challenge

Bids, project status and field updates live in spreadsheets, texts and paper — invisible to the office until something goes wrong.

The opportunity

Project portals and field-to-office automation give real-time visibility without asking crews to change how they work.

Finance

The challenge

Client trust and regulatory scrutiny are higher than almost any other sector, and legacy systems make modernization slow and risky.

The opportunity

Secure client platforms, automated reporting and AI-assisted analysis modernize the experience without taking on unmanaged risk.

Education

The challenge

Enrollment, retention and learning outcomes each have their own funnel and system, rarely built to inform each other.

The opportunity

Connected enrollment funnels and learning platforms turn disconnected data into a single view of the student journey.

E-commerce

The challenge

Traffic is easy to buy and hard to convert profitably once acquisition costs and return rates are accounted for.

The opportunity

Headless commerce, lifecycle marketing and CRO connect the storefront to margin, not just traffic.

Startups

The challenge

Speed and credibility both matter before there's revenue or a track record to lean on.

The opportunity

A scoped MVP, a credible brand and a go-to-market system built together get a startup to its next milestone without over-building.

Enterprise

The challenge

Complex approval chains, legacy integrations and governance requirements slow down initiatives that would be simple anywhere else.

The opportunity

Purpose-built internal tooling and careful integration work remove friction inside the constraints that already exist, rather than fighting them.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with the eight industries listed here?
These are the industries with the deepest playbooks, built from repeated pattern-matching across projects. The underlying services are industry-agnostic, so if your industry isn't listed, the conversation starts from the closest analog rather than a blank page.
How is an industry-specific approach different from your general services?
The services are the same underlying capabilities — web, AI, automation, and so on. What changes by industry is which services matter first, what compliance or trust constraints shape the build, and which systems already exist that a new build has to work around.
Do you have compliance expertise for regulated industries like healthcare and finance?
We build with awareness of the compliance frameworks relevant to each industry (HIPAA-aware patterns in healthcare, for example) and coordinate with your legal and compliance counsel — we are not a substitute for that counsel, but the build accounts for their requirements from the start.
Can a startup use the same team as an enterprise client?
Yes — the difference is scope and pace, not team quality. Startup engagements are typically faster and leaner; enterprise engagements carry more integration and governance work.
What if our business spans more than one of these industries?
Common, especially for platforms serving multiple verticals (a fintech serving real estate, for example). The relevant solutions pages are combined rather than picking one and ignoring the other.
Do industry pages include case studies?
Where a verified past project supports it, yes. Where a capability is real but we don't yet have a public case study for that specific industry, it's presented as a capability, not a fabricated result.
How do we know which services apply to our industry?
Each solution page lists the services most commonly used for that industry, but the actual mix depends on your specific systems and goals — that's what the first discovery conversation is for.
Is AI relevant to every industry, or just tech companies?
Every industry listed here has at least one AI use case that holds up under scrutiny — triage in healthcare, matching in real estate, document processing in finance and construction. The Technology section explains where AI is genuinely useful versus where it's not worth the cost.
